Pancakes are quick and easy to make with just a few simple ingredients. To make pancakes, first gather the following ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 cups of milk, 4 tablespoons of butter, and 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
