The current lifetime of a general person today is very hectic. He/she works for 10-12 hours generally for gaining bread and butter. Most of the peoples are doing sitting work and don’t get time to do exercise daily for health respects due to tight schedule.
Due to this rigorous work and lack of any exercise, overweight, underweight and heart problems are becoming more common in many peoples. To overcome such problems people tend to do heavy exercise or try un-healthy methods like electric belts and etc,. But we should ask a question to our-self, are we going anywhere with these methods? No we are not getting anything out of these methods. Do we have hope then? Yes we do have, we are running after many things but forgetting a very simple method of Diet.
Diet is not used only to lose weight, diet actually means having control on the food. Diet means eating a balance food, balance of proteins, vitamins and essential minerals. We generally take diet as avoiding eating most of the time and being on something like water and few bananas. That won’t help us, we need to focus on calorie based diet. 1500 calorie diets are an example of this, in which we focus on restricting our calorie count to 1500 while still eating a healthy and complete balanced diet.
Many people want to focus on weight lose more than any other reason and they try to be on one food only. It is possible, but only few foods have the potential for providing complete nutrition value to a person. For them an oatmeal diet weight loss plan is a very good plan of action. It features the use of oatmeal as full diet for seven days and then reintroducing normal food. This type of diet can be effective but it is wise to consult a health practitioner or nutritionist to discuss your particular situation.
