Bob and Michele began a dream ten years ago... They wanted to share with people their love for chile peppers and they wanted to share the concept that chile pepper products did NOT have to be hot and they wanted to share receipes, ideas, and concepts about chile pepper products with other people.In August of 2003 an opportunity presented itself and Bob and Michele seized that perfect moment and opened...
It is our goal to expand our product line to accommodate our customers, and to share the joys of chile peppers.
"FLAVOR FIRST!" That's our motto and that's the way we intend to stock our store. We want only the best! Anyone can make a hot sauce, but will it taste good? Making the heat flavorful means blending the peppers in degrees that preserve the flavor without scalding the taste buds.
